But exercise can play a key role in keeping the freshman 15 at bay and help you balance so you can deal with the stress of classes, work, friends etc. Try to make time every day and do something you love. Go for a run, bike to a class hike with some friends, do yoga. It’ll help keep you focused and feeling great. |
